Dairy Strawberry Banana Smoothie

This is the creamiest smoothie out of this batch of three. The milk (or yogurt if that’s what you prefer) goes very well with the strawberry and banana this smoothie could just as easily be called a milkshake and most people wouldn’t be able to tell the difference. You can also substitute soy or almond milk for a non-dairy version that tastes fantastic.

Ingredients:

  • 10 to 12 whole frozen organic strawberries
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 12-16 oz. milk (or 6-8oz. milk and 1 cup of yogurt)

Instructions:

Place all ingredients in a blender.
Blend on high until completely smooth.
