Spinach is a super food loaded with a ton of nutrition yet it maintains a low calorie count. Therefore, if your looking to lose weight with your smoothies, then adding spinach is a must!
So then, lets learn how to make a spinach mango smoothie!
- 3/4 cup vanilla almond or soy milk or water
- 1 cup of spinach leaves
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
- Place the liquid into the blend and then add the spinach.
- Next split your banana into a few chunks and chuck it into the blender
- Next add the mango and blend away!
