Overnight Sweet Meringue Cookie Recipes

How to make it :
The first step to make meringues is by preheating your oven to 135 degrees C and line cookie sheets with parchment paper. Next, in the bowl of your mixer, beat the egg whites on a medium speed until it becomes foamy. Then, add the tartar cream and continue to beat the egg whites. While beating the whites, add the sugar until it is stiff.
The meringue cookie recipes require a teaspoon of vanilla extract to give it a sweet and tasteful flavor, so stir in the vanilla. When a glossy, firm peaks form, fit a pastry bag with a wide star tip, and fill the meringue into it. After filling the pastry bag, pipe it on the cookie sheets and you are ready to bake.

When they look pale in color and peel off of the sheet without resistance, turn off the oven. Leave them in the oven to finish drying overnight (6 – 8 hours).
