Kids Peanut Butter and Chocolate Smoothie
This delicious smoothie will not only taste great for all those peanut butter loving kids but they’ll get all the benefits of bananas, and enjoy it! Banana contain potassium to help muscle growth and keep our hearts, kidneys, and brains in good condition.
- 1 banana
- 2 Tbs chocolate topping
- 2 Tbs peanut butter
- 1 cup of milk
Blend all ingredients in a blender until a smooth consistency is achieved. Serve chilled.
