Try my homemade spaghetti sauce recipe:
Making your own homemade spaghetti sauce recipe is easy, not to mention much tastier than the prepackaged spaghetti sauce recipes you buy in grocery stores. My Homemade Chunky Marinara is chock-full of fresh vegetables and flavor!
The best spaghetti sauce recipe uses the freshest ingredients:
Ripe soft tomatoes, plump mushrooms, crisp bell peppers and broccoli, zucchini and onions…
As a super healthy eater, I try never to use prepackaged foods if I can make my own. My homemade spaghetti sauce recipe is ready in 20 minutes. That’s it!
Try my gluten free pasta recipe (a wonderful healthy alternative to standard white pasta):
Note about gluten free pasta: Have you ever tried whole wheat pasta? I did, several times, before brown rice pasta was introduced into grocery stores, and boy did it taste bad. Just… BAD. I learned later that most people don’t care for it.
Brown rice pasta is where it’s at!
Most health food stores carry it nowadays, and where I live, in Boston, the mainstream grocery chains carry it, as well. To me, it tastes just as heavenly as regular white pasta, and honestly, it’s even a little bit better because I get the added satisfaction of knowing I’m eating something that’s nourishing and good for me.
All of my easy dinner recipes are made from healthy, simple, whole, fresh foods.
100% of the taste and NONE of the junk. Guaranteed!
