Ingredients:

You will need:

  • 1 canteloupe (remove rind and cut into bite size pieces)
  • 2 mangos (peeled and cut roughly into chunks)

DO NOT ADD WATER!!!

Serves 1 – 2.

Directions:

Place all ingredients into your blender and blend until very smooth. This is a fresh, unheated soup. Once blended, it’s ready to eat immediately! Pour into a bowl, grab a spoon and enjoy…

TIP: This soup is also excellent chilled. Stores in the refrigerator for 2 or 3 days.

TIP: Put it in some tupperware and bring it to work with you for a healthy lunch or afternoon snack!
