Easy Guacamole Recipe – How to Make Guacamole

My easy guacamole recipe is as fresh as you can get!

An easy guacamole recipe is all about a few fresh, simple ingredients that anyone can throw together:

I consider guacamole to be one of my favorite foods.

It’s just so versatile! I like to use it as a condiment to flavor healthy bean & rice dishes, in place of canned or processed sauces which are always loaded with sodium and preservatives.

I create all my easy healthy recipes using only REAL FOODS: fresh, whole, unprocessed, nourishing ingredients that will make you look and feel amazing!

My easy guacamole recipe also makes a lovely salad dressing, along with fresh salsa:

There are many variations of guacamole recipes. I’d like to share my own easy guacamole recipe with you.

How to make guacamole:

You will need:

  • 2 avocados, peeled and cut into chunks (pit removed)
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1/4 red onion, finely diced
  • Up to 1 tsp of finely chopped jalapeno (optional if you want spicy)
  • 1 tbsp chopped cilantro 
  • 1 roma tomato, diced

Directions:

  1. Place the avocados and lime juice into a bowl and begin mashing them with a fork until they are loosely whipped together (should have a lumpy consistency).
  2. Add all other ingredients and mix them together thoroughly.

It’s ready to eat! Will store in refrigerator for 2 to 3 days. The best time to eat it is right away, when it’s fresh!
