Whole Almond nut has very rich calcium, total omega-6 fatty acids, magnesium, manganese and Vitamin E (Alpha Tocopherol) which is the superb element in forming a forever young anti-aging solution in our daily diet.
1. Half PC Banana
2. 1 tbsp Almond powder (gained from whole Almond nut)
3. 50 gram Corn
4. 100 ml Water
5. Some Lemon Juice
1. Remove the skin from the banana, cut the flesh into small pieces.
2. Wash the corn in running water, dry it.
3. Put all ingredient into a juicer and make the juice.
4. Pour the juice into a jug or cup and add the lemon juice, stir well before serve.
